Tubing Returns to Panther Island Pavilion –   Expanding to 6 days a week

UPDATE 6/26:

Unfortunately, due to recent heavy rain events, Sunday Funday will not take place this Sunday, 6/28.  The river is currently moving at roughly 3,000 CFS and is expected to stay at a level that triggers a red flag for water activity. It could potentially be dangerous to enter the river due to the swift flow of the water and potential for debris. We will be evaluating all circumstances and evolving guidance in regards to tubing. Follow the event website and social media accounts for future updates.

Tubing returns to Panther Island Pavilion and is expanded to 6 days a week! Live music is now all weekend long.  Rockin’ the River presented by Coors Light, returns for the 10th year on Saturdays with five bands and a fireworks show.  Sunday Funday, the more laid back-floating event, continues on Sundays but now with live acoustic music acts. New this year, the public can rent tubes and pedal boats Tuesday – Friday.  Panther Island Pavilion offers a lazy lake- like float right in the heart of Fort Worth. You can enter and exit the river at the public beach and enjoy a relaxing day on the Trinity River. Feel free to bring your own tube or you can rent one from us, either way Panther Island Pavilion is your go-to summer destination. Those looking to venture further upstream can rent a kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard from Backwoods Paddlesports.
